i use both vibratory and rotary tumblers--vib for handgun brass and rotary for rife brass.  I can explain why but it would be a waste of blather.   At any rate, I'll consider your advice, Not-a-Doctor Stu.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yep, just trickle it around the top before closing the tumbler (Vibratory tumbler in my case).  I also did the same thing using liquid brass cleaner instead but I don't recall the brand I used. I wore a cheap painter's mask when dumping the contents into my media sieve.  Could have dragged it all outdoors but I was too lazy. Stu
