That gun is a heck of a value if you're looking for a self-defense gun and a hunting/clay sports gun. The local gun shop goes through them like crazy and hasn't heard any negative feedback.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I got my nephew a Mossberg 500 for Christmas with the dual barrels: Field and Slug. I got it because he has an interest in hunting.
