For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I haven't' put enough rounds through it to say for sure how durable it might be, but that's why I replaced the barrel bushing and recoil spring guide--both plastic--with steel parts. As to reliability, it has been 100% since day one. I'm not planning to make it my carry gun, but I think I have shot it enough that I would carry it if I had to. (Photo is from 1968 or so. Before I was homeless. |
