What I'm asking is this. Was the original lever a decocker only, or did it also serve as a safety? And if a decocker only, how was it converted to a safety as well? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't know what's involved in swapping a slide-mounted decocker on a CZ75 for a safety lock--do you mean a frame-mounted type? It was a Baby Eagle Compact (CZ clone), not a CZ75. Here's a photo showing the slide mounted (original) decocker. Basically, the older Baby Eagles (like mine) were Magnum Research branded IMI Jericho 941s, which was, IMO, a CZ-75 adaptation. IIRC. mine even could use CZ-75 magazines. ![]() Harvey
