For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I had that Smith for over 30 years, and enjoyed it during that time. But I turned more to semi-autos and sent it to TJ for a sale to either an employee at his shop or a customer, who I hope was as happy with it as I was previously. BTW, speaking of revolvers, while in Cali I visited my Ruger Security Six that is on permanent loan to a friend. He has kept it oiled and wrapped in cloth for a long time, and it looked just as good as when I lent it to him. He hasn't shot it much, and had it tucked away while his kids were growing up. Just like seeing an old friend! Harvey |
