Made me think of what kinda training this guy really had... If any.
I'm sure he had training, but when that adrenaline kicks in it can affect motor skills. There was a lot going on in a short time -- Hinckley got off 6 shots and hit 4 people, including Reagan before he was swarmed by agents and police. Harvey |
