Isn't it weird that Llama would make both ribbed and unribbed (non-ribbed?) slides?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I bought mine, without the rib in 1986 in Cali, to be used as a (not legal) car gun. IIRC, I paid $250 for it and 1 extra magazine. I sold it about 10 years later for the same price. (I had graduated to other car guns in 9mmP when MO allowed car gun carry.) Harvey
