Out here on the Left Coast it is all but impossible to build and operate a range and those that I use have been in place for many decades. There is a movement starting that hopes to open an indoor range here in my little town but I fear it won't get anywhere. The best chance lies with a local training company that holds classes for law enforcement and private security entities but they have had zero luck getting past the brick walls of Left bias.
