They are nice pistols (PPs and PPKs).
Some pros: Very advanced technically for the late 1920s. All steel, which gave it some heft (for its size), and helped to alleviate recoil. Accurate, and pretty reliable. Good ergonomics. Some cons: Heavy DA trigger pull. Small sights. Hammer bite to some individuals. But given that its been around for about 90+ years, it has had a lot going for it, including Bond, James Bond. As for carry, I'm still a bit leery with .380. YMMV. Harvey |
