I don't still have it, but I was impressed with it when I did have it. Quality was alright, it seemed a bit undersprung for .22 Short. It was a bit finicky for ammo, and IIRC it didn't feed every round right. I've had issues with rimfire in general and there weren't that many .22 Short Rounds to choose from. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Do you still have this? I've toyed with picking one up from Gun Broker, except in .25ACP so I can shoot up an old accumulation of ammo in that caliber. I'm wondering what you thought of the quality of construction, etc.? I realize you can't really compare function of a rimfire .22 Short with a centerfire caliber--rimfires in general have a reputation for finicky, but if your Astra shot well that would be a point in favor of this breed.
