A lot of the older .22 rifles will shoot .22 Short. I have some from when i shot the Astra. I use it now for introducing new shooters to the lowest possible recoiling cartridge. I simply shoot it out of my Heritage .22LR revolver. It works, goes bang, and it usually lasts a cylinder before they want to try something more powerful. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My local range has alot of .22 short. Nobody is buying it because it is of limited use. I thought about buying an NAA revolver just to have something to shoot.
