yeah, there's NOTHING out there new manufacture. Not even the vaunted Ruger #1 chambers it anymore.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Eric bought a nice Spanish Mauser but it took a lot of looking.  The best option, condition-wise, seems to be Chilean.
