"Short" is in the eye of the beholder. I knew if I didn't take advantage of being close enough to the Museum I might not ever again have had the opportunity. I had just put it off far too long.

If I'm ever back that way again, I'll take you upon the beer. I didn't even have time to visit Tun Tavern or watch the movie in the theater. But November 10 is almost here, so I'll have a beer on the Marine Corps Birthday with a fellow former Marine friend who lives here. He's a Korean War vet, and the third member of our little group, a WWII vet, passed away last year so it's just the 2 of us. I think back on all the former Marines here that celebrated the Birthday who have passed, and we probably should have had a Tontine, with the last man standing getting a bottle of expensive booze.
