For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What bothers me about this "Blue Star" model is the color treatment. My first thought was that it was a dummy receiver for training use, just like the cast replicas used to safely demonstrate handling techniques in off-the-range classes. Do you think that could lead to an accident or is it just my innate pessimism showing? ETA: I wish that Mike was still around to answer but this really is for everyone.
