Too much of a mystery for me.I'd think they would export them with it least 1 magazine as proof that the "system" works. Harvey

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That never occurred to me.  I kind of ass-umed that they probably kept the pistols separate from the magazines, whether for issue or once they were collected and surplussed, and simply sold them off that way.
