The age of the ammo is a legitimate concern, but if you ever wanted to shoot them modern ammo is safe in them. If a gunsmith will pronounce them mechanically sound the design is not inherently unsafe. If you're not comfortable with them that's that, but that's your personal decision. I had a friend of a friend who collected these about 20 years ago and he shot them regularly. | ||||||
