I kind of wish I was in Las Vegas right now; we could go out and grab a plate of this stuff and compare notes!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well, that's the distinction I was making - maybe not very clearly.  Biscuits and Gravy, the Southern breakfast, is a white sausage gravy spooned over light fluffy biscuits.  SOS, in its current version, is seasoned ground hamburger in a light white sauce over toast. They are really two different meals.  I don't recall ever getting biscuits and gravy in my short military career but I got SOS frequently. Stu
