For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: we took one down to the class room and proceeded to deatil strip the thing. What did you think of it? I know you thought that adding a BAR magazine to a modified M1 would have made a good weapon. Did the M14 live up to your expectations as the next USGI battle rifle? (I thought I had answered this message before but something happened and I think it disappeared.) Harvey |
