For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: But I'd have to figure out ammo to use! Do you have any USGI M1 Ball or M2 for the M1917, and any good military (i.e. Brit, Greek or Canadian) .303? That would be one way to test the accuracy, assuming the military ammunition is very serviceable, but certainly not as good as specific hand loads that you feel will show better performance. Interesting possible project. Harvey |
