I just saw an ad in SGN from J&G Sales for Sellier & Bellot 158gr at $23.95 a box (50). What the heck! Harvey

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I actually think the same thing as you and find myself just as surprised.  But no, .38 is in fact ridiculously priced.  It's still reasonably inexpensive to reload, but (ETA: not!) for the $4.15 a box or so when I started reloading it.
