It doesn't! You're arguing apples and oranges, Allan! Actually, it does exactly what I said. It tells me that the writer really can adjust his sights and that on the day he shot those photos he was able to compensate correctly for bullet drop and drift at the range used and for the wind conditions present... Otherwise, the group would be centered somewhere else. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It doesn't tell us if he understands the ballistic path of the load's bullet, if he can read and compensate for distance and wind, or even if he knows how to operate the gun's sighting system. Those things (which some might argue are more difficult than just coming up with a load the gun likes) are not in evidence.
