That club was the first organized gun club that I'd ever belonged to, I'd been used to shooting out in the country without formal rules. The rules for this club weren't onerous, things were done in a friendly manner. If you wanted to check targets you'd check with the other shooters on the line and by mutual agreement make the range cold.
These guys (the ones who didn't seem to care about accuracy) would show up with one paper target and a bucket of ammo and plan to shoot at the same target until the ammo was gone. No need to go "cold" for them... |
