I find that hilarious that you say "especially Mark Freburg," since I didn't own one of those until the late 90s, and didn't really become a fan until well into the 2000s. At the same time Jerry and Kim both owned and loved S&W Third Generation Smith autos since the early 90s at least, and I owe my interest to them completely. Herb and Harvey G. have perhaps owned more 3G Smiths than I as well. Herb wrote an article here on Third Gen Smiths, for gosh sakes.
