These days most of my hunting rifles don't have iron sights, but I still have a couple of older rifles with front sights which could be fitted with one of those flip-up apertures under the scope. Even if I never had occasion to use the aperture the cool factor would be GREAT!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Dale, The NEGC would get the job done but is a little bulky. This Talley sight was more like what I made. My peep sight was just the front part of the Talley sight that would slide into a dovetail in the Warne base. Sorry I don't have a picture of it. Frank |
