Too bad for me but no, left Alaska in 1989. Lived there for fifteen years. Things have changed a lot since I left. Population is up over three times what it was when I left. Places I use to fish and camp now charge a fee. Even a fee to launch a boat at one place. I almost got to move to Alaska in 1953 after I graduated from High School. My best friends family was going to move to Alaska and asked me to come along. I was going to do it but they changed their minds at the last minute. Took me another twenty-one years to get there. Probably better for me that I didn't go but would have loved to be in Alaska in the 50's.
