The Cooper book - hardly more than a pamphlet - is an excellent primer on fighting through an encounter. I think I'm due to dig out my copy and read it again! Stu |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't know that you "went farther," actually , as I believed then and believed now that I was speaking to the cognescenti. Cooper's Principles of Personal Defense goes into what you said and a scads more. If they burned every book on fighting technique tomorrow but allowed us to all read and digest Cooper's book, I believe we'd be all be prepared mentally to confront danger as we found it. Problem is most people have not read the book and those who have have not taken it to heart. |
