That would actually work in these days of electronic microphone release systems. Your voice launches the target no matter what you say, and if the mic's don't work the trapper has to press the manual release button on his remote control...
Although I can imagine the old trap boy cord release system results. "PRESS!" "WHAT?" "PRESS!" "WHAT?" He'd probably think you were just trying to press a fast one on him...
