You can get to mentally wrapped up in that because people's skills will degrade up to 50% in a real gunfight. Peripheral hits with a bad load will not stop your attacker. You will not be shooting anyone to the ground you will be trying to shoot them OFF of you. Don't downplay the importance of load choice. It's something you actually have some control over. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yeah load selection is important. I focus more on shot placement and shooting the threat to the ground. It doesn’t matter how good your hollow point is if you don’t hit something vital. |
