From what I’ve read, I would rate it at serviceable. Certainly not ideal. That’s one reason they left that platform. The M25 was popular where fast follow up shots were the priority over accuracy. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I've always questioned the stability of this scope mount. It's held in place at the top rear by slipping into the clip guide in the receiver, which is none too precise or rigid, then had a large thumb screw to hold it on the left side. Many people have been trying to improve this ever since this mount was adopted, some with success. I've always wondered why the military continued to use this mount.
