I would think so too, but I predict Harvey will tell us otherwise.  He is a big fan of .22s at long range.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I would think for a 1000 yard rifle you would want a 7MM or 30 caliber bullet, a 22 caliber bullet will be more prone to wind drift?
