So today that $200 would be $1173.  Enough to buy the gun?  No, but way more than enough to buy the grips! I like to use the government's CPI calculator to keep me straight in these reminiscences. Stu

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The best part, I picked it up used in '74 for $200.00!  Today that wouldn't buy the grips let alone the whole gun.
