I always liked the Marlin better than the Winchester. True side eject instead of top eject like the Winchester, simple to mount a scope. Better all around, I think.

I agree, and I also like having a curved pistol grip stock on a hunting rifle rather than a straight carbine-styled stock like those on most model 94s. |
