For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You're right there--it was a universal problem. Guess we talked around each other a bit there in those last couple exchanges. Not a problem, as I think we made the point of galling to have been common in the early days of stainless pistols. I'm sure many newbies are unaware of this as stainless pistols of recent times work just fine, and they may not even understand galling. Harvey |
