For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: References to "the Old Corps" are SOP when older Marines are talking to younger Marines, no matter the time period. Since I'm an older Marine, to any Marine who is younger than 75, I'm "the Old Corps". But I could never refer to myself as part of the "Old Breed", since I never served in the 1st Marine Division, who were often called that. Harvey
