I ran into that corn bread and baked beans breakfast the first time when I was going through Basic Airman School at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida. Separately, I like both, but not together at 7 a.m. Of course that was in 1956, and I imagine meal things have changed for the better since then. But hopefully, the services are still serving SOS. Any of you other vets have some mystery or unusual food stories? Harvey
