He also didn't include a decent beavertail on his grip safety, or visible sights on his slides...

Heck, he even started the 1900 series pistol design based on the .38 rimless. smokeless cartridge. If he had lived long enough to see his .45ACP masterpiece evolve, I'm sure he would have gotten around to adding shock buffers... Laugh
