For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: 3 inch variants are out there but harder to find. The best bet IMHO are going to be the LCR X models since those can be found in 3 inch configurations. Model 36 and 60 Smith J frames are out there but they are spendy in comparison. With .38 SPL, you will want the extra barrel length for better velocity and sight radius. It's a good barrel length. |
