I tried a lot of different loads. Probably had the best luck with the nickel plated brass for extraction. Not damning the guns, just relating my experience with them. I wouldn't mind seeing what the Charter Arms 9MM revolvers are like. They're the one brand I haven't really tried with the 9MM Cartridge. I think the sticky extraction has to do with the slight tapering of the cartridge, which .40, 10MM and .45 ACP don't have. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just a thought--before I'd damn the guns, I'd experiment with a number of loads--and you probably already did this--as brass is different among different manufacturers, both in sizing and in smoothness. I've never owned a .40 or 10mm revolver, but .45ACPs always worked well for me. |
